Well. The good news is weight finally moved after 13 days stuck on the same number of 81.9
Except up. Not down
Was taking advice to eat more calories so was sitting around 1300 Yep. It moved
But wrong freaking direction
Going back tot 1100
181.7 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.7 lb a week

Just saw the best quote ! You can have RESULTS Or EXCUSES But not BOTH. Love it !!! Will remember that one on those days when it’s hard to go exercise !!!!

Better to increase the activities than calories. Because might be that you don’t have basically enough that why you body keeps everything and you are not loosing weight

Yeah. Have upped the exercise. And decided to stay on the 1200 calories. Who knows. ! It’s a lottery with me
