Its a good weekend when the weight increases at 100g a day.

A good recovery month having lost 6.6kgs since my restart on 29 January 2020.

Almost back where i left off from my journey vacation.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 106.7 lb.    Still to go: 48.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
