12 days straight. Same weight. Exactly 🥺🙄😶
180.6 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes, weight doesn't change but body composition does. If you're losing fat and adding muscle, weight doesn't matter. Looking at your comments and progress, I think you will benefit from reading 'The primal blueprint' by Mark Sisson and 'The calorie myth' by Jonathan Bailor. They gave me the biggest diet related Paradigm shifts. All the best on your journey. 😊
