Back on track today, just need to figure out how to deal with the sugar!!
Starting my walks today as well.
I shall not give up!

so i went for my innaugural walk... i was quite a sight but will go again today!!!
not giving up!
225.8 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
