Still acheiving steady weight loss through exercise.

Must admit to eating binges of the wrong foods like chocolate, crisps etc.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
