It's groundhog day. I keep saying I am going to lose more, and I keep saying I am going back to the gym, but weak willpower and laziness seem to win out :) Not that it's not fun, but it doesn't help.
This weeks 'reasons' were some beers (lets call it 10) on Saturday, and a packet of jelly beans (it would have been rude not to eat the whole packet) on Wednesday, as well as one of those potato salad tubs from the supermarket - which appear healthy, but really are not ! Apart from that I wasn't too bad. I have got into a bad habit of eating a slice of bread (or 2) each day as a snack, and I know how many calories are in each one, so I need to stop doing that !!
I'm still on target to be 80kg by june 30 (current expected date is 7/6/20). I have another holiday booked on 24th June, so it needs to be by then. Also I am really hoping to be around 75kg by then, but anywhere between 75-80 and I'll be happy. Time will tell.
I have no excuse next week, apart form some beers on Saturday, I don't have much on, and the weather is cool, so no excuse not to go to the gym (although I am trying to think of one :) ). So I would really like to see 800g - 1kg loss next week !!
