I'm not down any more weight on the scale but I'm down an inch! It's awesome to be in size 14 again, but its still a little disheartening that the scale didn't budge..guess it's psychological :)
198.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is I haven't been checking inches as much as I use to but I should because I can actually notice some of my clothes feeling looser. SO kepp up the good back and you'll be back in the 130's before you know it
