Very disappointed I didn't lose more this week. I even did better at Easter lunch than I thought I would. I did work out everyday with weights, muscle does weigh more than fat. Regardless, I expect a drop next week. Not giving up.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
