Yeah. U got it ! Exactly the same 😬
Went out for dinner last night
Salad entree. Vegetable main no dessert
2 glasses of red. All well within calories
Walked 5 km. As usual.
Yep. Nothing Stuck on this number no matter what
180.6 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
