I hate when I eat whatever whenever, becuase than that little craving sticks with you, like a bad taste in your mouth. I FORCED myself to walk this morning, but that didn't stop me from downing a burger and fries for lunch. My strong focus for rest the week is to focus on my eating habits. Once I get into the groove, I stick to it, but that one time I fall it makes me climb for weeks.
