Pretty happy with only a gain of a pound on my first week home. Usually gain 3-5. Started doing a couple of straight cardio days at home at the gym. Really helps me keep my average calories down that week. The night time snacks and drinking is still there, hardest part of being home. Have a great week everyone, hope you are smashing your targets!!!!
201.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
