I broke below 200! This is the first time I have been under 200 since 2012. I never want to go above 200 again. This drop was so far achieved only with diet eating healthy sensible foods, healthy soups for lunch, more fruits & veggies.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
