Removing 3 pound clothing differential from doctor's office. Now, the weight is nekkid, what I get on the scale in the morning, no adjustments. This looks like a 3 pound weight loss, but really, the weight was exactly even for the week, even though I followed the diet fairly well.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
