Well February diet failed after returning from CA. I seem to equate eat and drink what I want with vacation. Today I am starting new again. See what March can do for me. No drinking at home and limited carbs.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
