gara2 pulang kampung 4 hari makan jd ga aturan semua dimakan.. tapi ttp ga makan nasi (karna uda kebiasaan aja) tp karna ibu masak mie ikut2an lah makan mie. minum manis2 karna pengen nyenengin adek. masak karna pingin nyenengin keluargaa huftt yasudah gapapa semangat back on track!!
145.5 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
