Holy wow did my body like instantly reject the popcorn I ate. never had an issue before but I was bloated like never before and soooooooo terrible feeling. That was not good. No more popcorn for this human, or at least much less.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
