Still having a difficult time sticking to the diet. Mostly at night is when I seem to fall off. It is not from being hungry. It is like a bad habit I cant seem to break but will keep trying.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
