I hit my goal of 4.8 lb lost this week.
There is an athlete that I buried alive under all this fat, and I just started to see him again yesterday.
Now for the next few weeks I’m dropping my “goal” to 3 lb a week. I feel like I’m more focused and driven but I always feel that way on weigh in day 😂. Good luck everyone keep dropping
