Had a terrible week and an even worse weekend of just binge eating .... was a comfort stress thing and was much needed but now back to being healthy and proper eating ... most of this weight will be bloating at least i hope so
134.3 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
