Yep. As I feared. As soon as I upped the calories above 800. Weight gain. .300
After checking food diary as I wasn’t actively counting just trying to eat healthy. I added up and was averaging 950-1100
Damned if I do. Damned if I don’t
Don’t know what to do now. Drop em again ? Keep eating the higher number and risk more weight gain. Who the F gains weight on 1100 calories a day ? Frustrating is nowhere near cutting it
181.2 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
