Totally didn't expect that. being sick does have it's rewards sometimes. I was up all night coughing my guts out. Maybe that constitutes as an ab workout.
223.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 93.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
