Well I went to a party at the end of my shift and I was starving so I ate the chikfila nuggets and then I drank some wine....I did work out but not as I should d it showed ugh no fun at all for me
206.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
