That's better! Down a little bit. Ate much better yesterday and am going to eat better today. It has been a tough couple of weeks to focus. Gonna stay strong though.
244.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
