I might break below 200 by next week!!! Staying pretty strict on diet only right now. 1/2 cup oatmeal for breakfast, 'healthy' soup, yogurt, fruit, sensible dinner. Popcorn with just salt for snacks.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.8 lb a week
