HAVE NOT WORKED OUT IN A WEEK. SO SINCE I AM PAYING FOR IT I GOT MY BEHIND UP AND HEADED TO THE GYM. 8:30 ZUMBA CLASS. I'VE SEEN THE COMMERCIALS THINKING I CAN DO THIS. I HAVE RYTHM. I'M FROM THE ISLANDS SO I CAN SHAKE A TAIL FEATHER......WRONG! THE INSTRUCTOR TRIED TO KILL ME. AND SHE THREW IN WEIGHTS AS A TREAT. THIRTY MINUTES WAS IT. AND I WAS GOING TO QUIT BEFORE THAT. BUT I AM NOT A QUITTER SO IT'S ONCE A WEEK ZUMBA FOR ME UNTIL I START TEACHING THE CLASS. GOD HELP ME! EVERYONE SAY A LITTLE PRAYER.
