Disappointing weigh-in, but something encouraging happened yesterday. I was swimming and jumped up to catch a ball, and my shorts nearly slipped off! Not happened before, so that's a very positive sign. I need to get some new shorts now, which makes them my first forced clothing purchase as a result of losing weight!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
