I was expecting big things this week. Despite 10 beers on Saturday followed by a chicken hot pack and some chocolate sultanas, the rest of the week I was very good !
I thought I would upload a picture of my spreadsheet that I fill in every day. This will probably show you why they say to only weigh yourself once a week !! It is up and down more often than Paris Hiltons knickers !
You can see on the Sunday morning (after the chicken and beer fest) I put on 1.4kg !! How does that happen ? But Yesterday (20/2) I was 88.7, and then today, after only having a salad (albeit a fairly large one) for dinner I gained 600g ?
I know i am on the right path, and the weekly loss is still there, but it hurts when you see the wight go up in the morning. the only benefit I think I get is that when I do see it go up, it makes me more determined to eat well that day so I get a better result the next day.
I have also put up the summary part of my spreadsheet (I like spreadsheets :) ). I think I have previously mentioned I have a bet with my brother. I will get to 80kg by June 30, and he will give up smoking. Well this is the data in reference to that. I started on 13/1/20 and weighed 93.0 kg. I am pretty confident (despite what the data says) that I will be under 80kg by about the end of April. Hopefully :) As long as I limit the beer and chicken hot packs :)

PS, the picture upload thing is terrible. I like that it can crop the picture, but why can;t it just automatically resize the picture, then have an option to crop ? Most times when I upload a picture, it;s too big and I can;t move the cropping square where i want it to ;( I've just worked out to make the picture much bigger first, then just crop a small section :)
196.9 lb Lost so far: 67.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
