Well done Gladys. I have been weighing 100+ now for years, so much willing to lose but portion control is my biggest set back. not sure what to do anymore!

@Mamzet I do IF 16:8 plus my evening meal is always low carb.It really helps if you struggle with portion control

If you’re working out at home with dumbbells I HIGHLY recommend a YouTube channel called SydneyCummings - a personal trainer who posts full workouts everyday. She is incredible and will have you looking and feeling stronger in no time. I quit my Virgin Active membership after I started working out with her! Give a try, you won’t regret it. Oh did I mention that it’s all FREE?!?
