A surprising drop after having a birthday party and drinking a lot if wine this weekend. I thought I would gain after a week of eating chips and salsa before the weekend even started. I really need to start exerting some self control.
211.8 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love when I eat everything that Doc Loseweight or Genetically Thin Neighbor tell me I have to give up and I still lose weight. It’s not reinforcing but it shows that there is more to the human body then just calorie deficit and punishing food.

I am extremely happy for you. But sometimes, particularly when you are younger, you will see an initial loss then a gain. Drinking can dehydrate you and therefore the loss. I am hoping this is not the case for you.
