Quick catch up done! 1650cal into my body yesterday.

Pleasingly, i have 4 days to knock some kilo’s off before the weekend. I think its going to be a big week.
296.7 lb Lost so far: 104.9 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
