I keep thinking that I can eat carbs but I can't with out eating everthing in the house. I keep switching back and forth from low calorie to low carb. I wish I could just stick to one or the other. I keep telling myself that I can and will do this and I will. Why do we all eat carbs when we don't feel good and then feel guilty and the cycle continues.

I've been doing the same - I had extra carbs twice this week alone. Of course after I had some pizza again last night I wasn't feeling too great today. But I'm so near my goal weight I'm I guess near pre maintenance and can eat more carbs and still lost weight this week. I could probably maintain with 1800 calories a day but wouldn't feel very good because carbs make me feel lousy like you say... :)

I do the same thing. The carbs release serotonin into our bodies making us feel better for a short time. When they wear off, we reach for more because of the blood sugar spike. It's like a drug. You HAVE to find something else to do to relax! Get a new hobby or something, just don't let those "evil" carbs defeat you!
