Well starting a new workout regimen yesterday certainly puts the kabash on the scale going down! And insult to injury it goes up almost a whole lb!!!! Oh well bring on Jillian cause I Know I'll look better at a heavier weight in the long run its just discouraging....
206.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
