Nice! Not such a big catch up to be achieved, so should be a good weight-loss week. Just maybe i can get to 6 to 8 kgs lost for February..... just maybe!
299.8 lb Lost so far: 101.9 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
