The last week has been terrible with having my wisdoms out, finally able to eat solid food again so will probably gain a little this week as my body adjusts after basically not eating for a week but health first weight loss second
128.3 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
