Wooo properly under 80kg! Best birthday present to myself! I am so proud of myself, despite it being my birthday I had quarter chicken and salad at nando's, and shared a slice of their heavenly chocolate cake between 4! And the best part? I'm not even finding it difficult! I think it's because I've just decided on it and committed. I love calorie counting because it means I can enjoy a little bit of what I like, guilt free. Anyway, not sure why this is going so smoothly this time, but I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts :)
174.2 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
