So this isn't where I wanted to be at today but glad I did lose some! I will update more when I get on my lap top.. have a great day all!!

Okay I have had sometime to think about the weight loss. I was bummed but then I had this thought.. shit Linda... you did awesome yesterday..you could have gained!! So finally I talked some sense to myself! lol I guess I am just not a patient person!! I have been asking people what they think of the total gym. I have one that for some reason can not find myself to get back on it!! I was good with it last year!! I also lifted weights too last year. Idk why I have been so lazy with the weights but, I sure do a lot of cardio. Maybe I am so burnt out with the cardio.. IDK :(

I am actually waiting for the sun to go down a little.. its really nice out there.

P.S.!!! I just remembered to update my challenge info and when I entered my weight...it said that I have lost 4lbs!! since I started the challenge. If I am correct, I started this 3 weeks ago!!:) UGh TOM is on its way!! I just remembered.. :( Now I know why the weight hasn't changed much..

141.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
