Done with week 1 of Atkins Induction and it's been awesome! I feel great, and the weight has been melting off of me. I've now logged different types of diet management - originally starting with managing my weight through calories, then a hybrid of calories & carbs and now I'm just focusing on carbs and the results speak for themselves. For my body - managing carbs works the best.
