I'm not going to get discouraged that I gained this week. Especially since I was religious to my food intake & workouts... it'll all pan out soon enough, right?
223.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

2086 kcal Fat: 75.18g | Prot: 98.22g | Carb: 260.14g.   Breakfast: bell peppers, green olive slices, shredded cheese, multi grain bread, turkey, egg beaters. Lunch: sliced turkey, cream cheese, wheat bagel, Butternut and Apple Harvest Soup. Dinner: mayo, 6" Turkey Breast, Town House Toppers Multi-Grain Crackers, Sour Cream Dip, Sweet Red Peppers, Potato Salad, Raspberries, Pineapple, Fried Chicken Wing No Coating (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other: red vines, jelly belly. more...
