No, it wasn’t the calamari in lemon butter ..... or the olives..... or the flaming chirico..... not even the chicken giblets in Portuguese sauce....... and of course not the vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce........... but it was those bastard 3 mini bread rolls i used to mop up those beautiful sauces.
298.3 lb Lost so far: 103.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
