Still same. To the gram. Walked / jogged 5 km
Got my time down at Parkrun by 9 minutes
So actually pretty happy. Weight will drop. My body just has a hard time giving it up.
Happens every time. Just have to stick with it and be patient
180.1 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
