Things are going well....if my pace continues I'll hit my goal next week...but I think I'll need to set a new goal as I'm still not exactly where I want to be. But being 30 lbs down since July 13th is a great feeling...
187.5 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congrats! I'm about a pound away from my goal too, and I totally understand what you mean about going beyond this goal. I thought this would be where I want to be - but now that I'm here, I think I can do a little better! :)
