At this point I'm not weighing in very frequently. I've heard that excessive weigh-in's can be counter productive if you get enough negative results. I weighed in for the first time in about a month and I'm pleased to discover that despite being slightly weak in the gym for the past 2 weeks I've lost a few lbs. Good way to start fall.
