Well, this is only the second time I've seen 207 on the scales, so I must be back on track, even though I still haven't been doing that great.
I wouldn't have had the Bourneville yesterday had I known what was going to be for dinner!
Exactly two weeks before my birthday, and I've set myself a 203 target for that. It's probably over-ambitious, but I'm going to try anyway... Time for another push.
