Not doing too bad. Eating lots of veggies and fruit, dried fruit, nuts, rice and whole grains--little in the way of meat and dairy. No alcohol and no refined sugars. Really it's not been so bad. I did have popcorn with some butter (about 1/3 of what I usually put on) last night.

Gotta remember to take my vitamins though!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Good for you. Have you tried roasted soybeans on your salad? Get the unsalted ones and it adds crunch and protein!

I usually use sunflower seeds. We have them around for other things so they're easy.

love sunflower seeds. I've started roasting my own because they are cheaper raw and it can be hard to find the unsalted roasted. Very proud of myself. :)
