Walking 30 minutes a day Monday through Friday. Not calorie counting so much but being mindful of what I eat.

I think I got too obsessed with food while calorie counting... I'm trying to be careful without growing obsessed.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
