Chicken and eggplant and peppers and onion curry, thickened with skim milk carnation milk instead of cream or coconut and milk poured over zucchini noodles, whole wheat basmati rice. Fat free greek yogurt with 1/4 cup granola and 1/4 cup raw almonds for desert.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
