Kay, it’s George, FS choose mrgscott for me. Guid luck with your journey lass, I was 200kg around 2yrs ago now 92kg. Just logged everything that went passed my lips into my journal. I try to keep my carbs as low as possible and my protein as high as poss. I stay in East Lothian in a wee village called East Linton. Nae takeaways or other temptations here, in fact, not a lot here 😂
