I had a massive food and drink binge during a mini-break to Glasgow. I'm just happy my body didn't give up on weight loss.
Also, I've lost exactly 2 stone since 30th December 2012, yay! xx
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
