I have really slowed down on the weight loss. I fluctuate between 173-171. I cannot get below 170. I am ready to see the 160's. I think it is because I started a strength training regimen and I have been packing on some serious muscle. It is very noticable in my arms. So I guess it's because muscle weight more than fat but I really want to scale to shift. I will start logging my meals again to make sure that I am not overdoing it with my kcals.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 September 2010:
1068 kcal Fat: 20.35g | Prot: 74.49g | Carb: 153.88g.   Breakfast: eggbeaters, arnold multigrain thins, oscar mayer turkey bacon, Skinny Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: romaine lettuce, arnold multi-grain , kraft reduced fat mayo, Thinly Sliced Roast Beef. Dinner: butterball white meat ground turkey, muellers thin spaghetti. Snacks/Other: fig newton, strawberries, blueberries, Organic Blue Agave Sweetener, fage . more...
losing 2.3 lb a week

That pesky muscle weighing so much. I'm having the same problem with gaining muscle and not seeing the scale move at all. It's not really a problem in the grand scheme of things. Congrats on seeing the muscle!
