I changed things up. Instead of focussing on calories I focussed on macronutrients. So staying within recommended carb, protein and fat intake for your goal weight. hope that helps.

It doesn't look like you've plateau'd. You lost 0.2kg this week. Sometimes you'll have larger losses and sometimes smaller. Sometimes you'll have gains. There are other things that can affect your weight day to day. When you weigh every day, you're more likely to see these fluctuations. In your case, I'd reduce your weigh-ins to weekly, because it's causing you distress each day when you see the number not moving. There is a downward trend here, so you want to focus on that :)

If you’re dieting, you’re burning fat. The body has to reorganise itself. You have to maintain the faith.

I get the frustration. Had exactly the same happen - twice in fact, over the last two weeks. I’m trying for rapid weight loss initially and am weighing in daily. All I think that’s happening is natural fluctuation. It’s so disappointing and frustrating when you’re putting in your all, but there will be a day when you have a massive drop for no apparent reason too. I reckon you should just take it in your stride and watch the overall trend over time.

Change all ur foods but stay still under the calories u want to be. Coz body gets used to if u eat similar foods for a while. Must keep macronutrients under margin. Specially carb protein sugar & cholesterols. Congrats u r loosing weights. ✌️
